 杨俊,女,现任中国人民大学商学院组织与人力资源系讲师,主要研究方向包括组织中的政治活动、领导力、社会网络、员工压力应对。

2012年美国纽约州立大学布法罗分校,管理学博士。

2006年北京师范大学,心理学学士。

主要工作经历:

2012.09至今中国人民大学商学院任教。

组织行为学、人力资源管理。
